In fact, they told us they'd rather go pick them up. They even asked people to contact them if you see carts scattered around the community so they can go and retrieve them. If you watched the report closely we interviewed a homeowner that said people need to quit taking the carts off the property. We manage the Ford Factory Lofts at 699 Ponce de Leon Ave and we recently received $36,393.12 in credits, which I am doubtful we would have received without your investigation and story. Just to let you know, these issues with the City have been going on for a long time. One year ago we obtained credits of $20,963.44 with the assistance of Councilwoman Mary Norwood. Previous to that we received credits in 2005 and 2006 (all for one issue) of $45,393.40. So for 1 building we were overbilled a whopping $102,749.96 by they City since late 2004. In my opinion that is criminal and if I hadn't fought tooth and nail we never would have received any of that back. What about all the companies and individuals who simply paid their water bill, believing it to be correct? I wonder just how much money the City has collected that wasn't due them. Anyway, Thank You Again for all you did for us consumers!!! And Flowery Branch Ga. The smell is so bad, the rest of people living here can’t stand to go outside and enjoy the nights here. The smell doesn’t happen to late in the evening and on weekends when a certain single wide trailer has tons of company.
