I agree with you, however WalMart told us they do not want to take any action against the shoppers that remove the carts from their property. In fact, they told us they’d rather go pick them up. They even asked people to contact them if you see carts scattered around the community so they can go and retrieve them. If you watched the report closely we interviewed a homeowner that said people need to quit taking the carts off the property. Thanks for watching CBS Atlanta News
